Before you call: shut the water off
For a burst pipe or a bad leak, turn off the main shut-off valve. It's usually where the water line comes into the basement or crawlspace, near the meter.
Then call us. If you can't find the valve, we'll walk you through it on the phone while the truck is on the way.
