Which trades do you build for?
Any trade that gets hired locally: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, septic, tree service, excavation, painting, concrete, fencing, pest control, cleaning, renovation and more. Each site is written around the jobs you do and how your customers search for them.
Is there really no contract?
None. Pay month to month and cancel by email whenever you want. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of that month and your web address stays registered to you.
Who owns my web address?
You do. It's registered in your name from day one, so you can take it anywhere.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Yes. We rebuild it on our setup, move your address over, and you stop paying whoever had it before.
How much of my time does this take?
Sending photos and a list of what you do takes about 20 minutes. After that, you only hear from us when you want something changed, plus the monthly report.
What is Billing Autopilot, and when can I get it?
It's our billing service for trade businesses of any size: invoices written, sent and followed up until paid. You can text us jobs or connect QuickBooks Online or JobTread. Plans run from $199 to $999 a month based on how many invoices you send. It isn't live yet. Join the waitlist and we'll contact you before launch with the date and setup details. Nothing is charged until you sign up.
Does Billing Autopilot ever hold my money?
No. Online payments are processed by Stripe and paid out directly to your own bank account. Customers can still pay you by cheque or e-transfer as usual. The money never passes through us.
How do I pay?
By card, billed monthly. You get a receipt by email each time, and you can update your card or cancel from your billing page.
